What's It All About?

Welcome to the blog!
Everyone travels in some way or another. And some weird stuff happens when we do. This is a blog for the crazy sights, sounds, and smells we all encounter on our our travels. If you have something to add, send it in and maybe it'll get published here.

The next bus is...whenever

I've been commuting in one way or another for around 22 years. You'd think it would get boring but you learn something new all the time.
Don't bother. NJ Transit doesn't.
Like tonight, for instance. I was #2 in line for the 8:20 bus. I knew there was an 8:20 bus because of this thing called a f*cking timetable (or just "timetable"). So what I learned tonight is that the NJ Transit timetable is just a list of suggested times. There may be a bus. There may not. The 8:20 never showed up. I went from the front of the 8:20 line to the back of the 8:30 line.

And yet I continue to do this every day.
